GMP Certification: This facility has received the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification with an "A" rating, the highest possible, from the National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA). This certification is granted only after third-party auditors have thoroughly reviewed all elements of the manufacturing process to verify that processes are sufficiently controlled so that products meet their purported quality.

Drug Manufacturing License: This facility also holds a Drug Manufacturing License issued by the Food and Drug Branch of the California Department of Health Services, ensuring that Astro Bioceuticals' supplements are produced in a laboratory that employs the same "pharmaceutical-grade" quality-control practices used to manufacture FDA-approved medications. The Drug Manufacturing License represents a standard of quality-control far more rigorous than the GMP standard. Only a handful of supplement manufacturers in the United States hold this Drug Manufacturing License.
